High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is an incredible training technique and you will see how it differs and the benefits of doing HIIT in addition to and even in place of traditional cardio. Welcome to working smarter, not harder!

If you are new to HIIT or it has been a while, I need to give you a little warning: YOU WILL FEEL AMAZING. HIIT has a way of making you feel like a kid again. You know that feeling you got after playing a solid game of tag?

Extra Credit: Go out and find a friend to “race” you in your HIIT workout. It’s so much better when you do it together!

Enjoy your workout and make sure you warm-up even more than you did for your weight training and drink plenty of water.
