Why/When I Use This Move
I use this as a warm-up and finisher. Getting started in a workout or ending with 3 x 30 seconds is a great way to activate not only the shoulders but the core as well!
Give This Warm-Up Try:
30 seconds jumping rope
30 seconds handstand
Repeat 3 times.
