People want to lose weight but most of the time fail due to lack of determination. Our body needs energy which we drive from food and expand our daily activities by determining the amount of food we intake.
If you are focusing or relying on diet chart then this is a time waste for you. Eating habits don’t mean that you only focus on the diet but ask you to change your lifestyle by fixing your bad habits that can be eating in excess, not drinking water, not doing exercise or skipping daily meals etc.
Only following diet chart can be a fail process as you will find no change in yourself and then it can be the easiest path to drop dieting. Yes, you can gain weight quickly, we can’t trust our body metabolism. So with the diet plan, you must follow these habits for weight loss without any exercise.
1. Keep Body Hydrated
Water is the most valuable fundamental nutrient to remove waste and toxic substance present in our body. Make your first and the most important habit to stay hydrated, the best way is to intake water every 1 hour or before every three meals a day. As we know our body’s made of fluid which regulates body temperature to remove unwanted toxins and carry oxygen to cells.
Always keep the focus on energy drink like glucose when we sweat during exercise we lose electrolytes. This electrolyte considers as a mineral which helps in the regulation of water in our body.
2. Change Your Eating Habits
It’s time to find out What, How and When to eat! As we now food is also determined by its own factors like smell and taste. Take time to look around and find what are your eating behaviour towards meal and snacks.
Once you get an answer to all question then realise what are your eating timings, if having your meal late at night then this is the most severe cause towards your eating habits. This can lead to many diseases in the body and person become more unhealthy.
Make sure to change your eating habits, always try to consume healthy nutritious food and have a brisk walk after every three meals.
3. Stick to Exercise
To keep your mood refreshing and body healthy never think to skip your daily exercise. You can choose the best three exercises and practice doing it daily in morning for 15 to 20 minutes. This habit can help you feel refresh with a lot of energy throughout the day.
Try to make this habit a part of your daily life as we know to achieve something in life we need to have a willpower.
4. Eating Breakfast on Priority
I think this is the most priority meal of the day, as we all know breakfast is often eaten early in the morning because it maximises the power of breakfast. Time is the biggest trouble to eat a healthy breakfast. Science says our brain takes 20 minutes to receive signals from stomach which tells us that the stomach is full.
Always choose a healthy breakfast with full of lean protein and fibre like eggs, grain toast, yogurt, fruits etc.
5. Complete Your Sleeping Hours
Overall health depends upon the sleeping habit we follow. Everyone knows that good night sleep is the most vital part of life which guard us against diseases. Yes, it is a fact if we take more than eight hours of sleep our body start gaining weight.
Some people need more sleep, some less. If you feel refresh when u get up in morning that means you have enough sleep.
6. Set Realistic Goals
It’s important to keep a record or track what you eat daily this habit can help you to know how much calories, fats and carbs are taken by you. To be aware of your food behaviour keep a pocket-size notebook or you can download android application this will make you remind of your specific goals.
Always believe in realistic goal when targeting to lose weight and give enough time and flexibility to achieve the goal. Never get disappointed because it always takes at least 6 months to see results.
7. Never Sit After Having Meal
One is healthy or unhealthy but everybody needs the energy to digest food. Make habit of chewing your food properly, try to eat slow and savour the taste of food. What can you avoid after a meal never drink caffeine (tea, coffee, smoking etc ), taking bath or shower, running and the most important lie in bed or sleeping?
When you feel hungry satisfy yourself with having plenty of water but avoid having a non-caloric beverage.
