Description of the Challenge:
The SKFitLife Challenge is a fitness program that challenges you to evaluate your physical, emotional, and spiritual areas of life and to make improvements in one or many areas in small or big ways. The exercise program includes a mix of six weekly resistance and cardio workouts that can be done in as little as three days or in six short workout days.
The nutrition plan is a very detailed guideline to educate challengers to make healthier choices in food. Inspirational messages from Stephanie are included in the weekly newsletter and through her and other challengers in the FB private group. The group keeps challengers involved with each other so that everyone has a place to be accountable, inspired, and motivated together.
What the challenge meant to you?
This Challenge has forever changed me and my family. I’ve been able to make changes from preparing our meals in healthier ways to adding new delicious clean foods that are now a part of our regular menu. I’ve learned a new and highly effective way to exercise that gave me better than expected results, showed me how to exercise anywhere and with no gym needed, and made the changing routines not only challenging but also fun as I often did them with my toddler and dog! I can sleep great now, I have better strength for daily tasks, I have a much higher energy level, an overall happier mood, and a new enthusiasm for healthy living. I could go on and on…
