Summer bodies are not something you can “cram” for like an exam or just happen to luck out on.

Just to recap what it takes to have a lean and toned body… building up enough muscle to give your body shape, and then decreasing your body fat enough to show off those sexy, rounded muscles. You can’t do all of that in a couple of weeks prior to hopping on a plane to your tropical vacation spot.
