Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 3/4 cup low sugar marinara sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/3 cup chopped red onions
- 1/2 cup chopped kalamata olives
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 green pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped tomatoes (I like cherry ones)
- 1/3 cup chopped banana peppers
Directions
Mix all ingredients up in a bowl- just using your hands is easiest.
Either grill or cook them up in a pan- about 5-6 min each side.
Add parmesan on top.
