Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 3/4 cup low sugar marinara sauce
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped kalamata olives
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/3 cup chopped tomatoes (I like cherry ones)
  • 1/3 cup chopped banana peppers

Directions

Mix all ingredients up in a bowl- just using your hands is easiest.

Either grill or cook them up in a pan- about 5-6 min each side.

Add parmesan on top.
