We are bombarded from every direction by people who are trying to hook our attention… Whether it is to buy something, do something, or listen to their point of view (like me asking you to come and read this blog post).
The people we choose to give our attention to is completely up to us!
Having people in our lives who inspire us to do more of the things we love is very important if we ever want to grow and expand. They show us what is possible.
I am inspired by all of the strong women in my family. I am inspired by my friends. I am inspired by my clients. And I am inspired by many of the books I have read over the years and the incredible mentors and teachers (and I don’t mean in school) the universe has placed in my path.
Each person has their own definition of inspiring and each person will inspire us in different ways. The important message here is to surround yourself by those people who lift you up… Make you want to live better just by watching their example… And who LOVE LIFE.
