Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberriesblueberry-banana-smoothie-e1362003502479
  • 2 tbsp. almond butter
  • 2 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 4 whole walnuts
  • 3 whole brazil nuts
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth, about 2 minutes. If the shake is too thick, add more water until you reach a thick but drinkable consistency. Serve chilled.
